Classic Crystal Ships Decanter - 750 ml

The ships decanter is named for the reason it exists. The unusually broad, flat base and low centre of gravity were designed so that a decanter would not go over on a rolling deck, a piece of maritime problem-solving that turned out to make an exceptionally handsome object.

Each decanter is mouth-blown and finished by hand. The surface is left uncut, which is a deliberate decision. With nothing to interrupt it, the crystal reads as pure clarity and the colour of the spirit inside becomes the whole of the effect. The neck slopes gently to a hand-finished lip that pours cleanly.

Suited to whisky, rum, port and sherry, and to red wines that benefit from time in the air.

For over 35 years, Royal Scot Crystal has been dedicated to creating exquisite, timeless crystal glassware that celebrates traditional craftsmanship and refined design. At the heart of the brand is a commitment to skilled artistry, with each hand-cut or mouth-blown piece individually crafted with care and expertise. Combining elegant styling with everyday functionality, Royal Scot Crystal offers distinctive pieces designed for gracious entertaining, special occasions and the home.
